Real-world play provides children with a space in which to entertain themselves using their own resources of mind and body, while nurturing a sense of self-worth, improving well being and fitness. Playtime at Chesterton School now includes these new natural play features we have installed; oak trunks, ropes, stepping logs and beams set in a bark strip surface surrounded by grassy banks. Simple, natural fun.
