The Courtyard was completely redeveloped by us to give the pupils a tactile environment using a mixture of surfaces and the removal of the large expanse of tarmac.
The sand pit is enclosed by a playful railway sleeper edge and planted with slow growing bamboos to give shade and improve air quality.
Storage for equipment and loose parts is provided by 2 big made to measure sheds.
A climbing tower connects the higher level through an astroturf clad tunnel and a slide down into the sand pit.
