St John’s C of E School, Radstock wanted a permanent structure for lunch time dining, group work and community events on their field.

Our design for their Community Cafe measures 6m x 4m and is made from horizontal slatted larch timbers making it sheltered but airy inside. The roof is made from polycarbonate sheets that offer a high UV protection. It allows enough space to seat a class of 32 on 4 1.8m picnic tables.

 

The school will be putting woodchip down inside.
