Opening for Easter 2025 at Alice Holt Forest, Farnham, Surrey. It is a unique, memorable and adventurous family play which encourages people of all ages to explore the forests and wider landscapes around them in a fun and engaging way. Marble runs develop problem solving skills, motor skills, spatial awareness and creative thinking.
Run as a Tender competition we were so excited to win this opportunity to design, build and install the first Giant Marble Run in the UK for Forestry England.
Our design aims to engage children from 3-12 and promote curiosity and a sense of adventure while also being sympathetic to each location. The marble run follows the route of the Habitat Trail and is 1mile in length. Along the route we have created 6 different marble run challenges that blend into the landscape and utilise the topography.
