1) First Contact
Following up on your initial call or email we will arrange a site is it to meet you and view the site.
2) Fact Finding - First Visit
Our design team will visit your site to find out more about how you would like to develop the space. We will view the existing play provision, take photos and measurements of the space and discuss some initial ideas
3) Sketch Design
Using the information gathered from first visit we will produce an A3 scaled sketch design with supporting design rational document and a quote for us to build the play space.
Based on the location and project size, this is normally a free service.
After getting your feedback, we can make any amends to the design and await funding confirmation.
5) Build Design
When funding is secured we will arrange a follow up visit to finalise the design and produce a build drawing. Once the design and price has been confirmed with you, we will raise the necessary paperwork and book a start date for the build. We provide a full health and safety plan with risk assessments, method statement and copies of our insurance cover.
6) Build - Management
The build is supervised by our site manager using our own trusted, skilled landscape and carpentry teams. During the build we will keep the client updated on timescales and fit around the working day to minimise disruption as much as possible.
7) Build - Inspection
When work on site is complete The Play Inspection Company visit and make a post installation inspection to check the safety of the play equipment using the BS EN 1176 & 1177: 2008 standards. The client is given the report at hand over.
8) Build - Hand Over
Once any finishing touches are complete we will hand over the new play space to be enjoyed.
9) After Sales Care
We are always on hand for after sales care, in fact we really enjoy revisiting our play areas to see how they are used and developed by the children.
