1) First Contact

asset-1Following up on your initial call or email we will arrange a site visit to meet you and view the site.

2) Fact Finding - First Visit

Our design team will visit your site to find out more about how you would like to develop the space. We will view the existing play provision, take photos and measurements of the space and discuss some initial ideas

3) Sketch Design

asset-3Using the information gathered from first visit we will produce an A3 scaled sketch design with supporting design rational document and a quote for us to build the play space. Based on the location and project size, this is normally a free service.

4) Feedback

asset-4After getting your feedback, we can make any amends to the design and await funding confirmation.

5) Build Design

asset-5When funding is secured we will arrange a follow up visit to finalise the design and produce a build drawing. Once the design and price has been confirmed with you, we will raise the necessary paperwork and book a start date for the build. We provide a full health and safety plan with risk assessments, method statement and copies of our insurance cover.

6) Build - Management

asset-6The build is supervised by our site manager using our own trusted, skilled landscape and carpentry teams. During the build we will keep the client updated on timescales and fit around the working day to minimise disruption as much as possible.

7) Build - Inspection

asset-7When work on site is complete we organise a post installation inspection by ROSPA to check the safety of the play equipment using the BS EN 1176 & 1177: 2008 standards. The client is given the report at hand over.

8) Build - Hand Over

asset-8Once any finishing touches are complete we will hand over the new play space to be enjoyed. We provide an O&M document with As Built drawings, ROSPA Report and care instructions to keep your playground well maintained.

9) After Sales Care

asset-9We are always on hand for after sales care, in fact we really enjoy revisiting our play areas to see how they are used and developed by the children. Moving parts are standard and easy to purchase and replace.
