1) First Contact
2) Fact Finding - First Visit
3) Sketch Design
Using the information gathered from first visit we will produce an A3 scaled sketch design with supporting design rational document and a quote for us to build the play space. Based on the location and project size, this is normally a free service.
4) Feedback
5) Build Design
6) Build - Management
The build is supervised by our site manager using our own trusted, skilled landscape and carpentry teams. During the build we will keep the client updated on timescales and fit around the working day to minimise disruption as much as possible.
7) Build - Inspection
When work on site is complete we organise a post installation inspection by ROSPA to check the safety of the play equipment using the BS EN 1176 & 1177: 2008 standards. The client is given the report at hand over.
8) Build - Hand Over
Once any finishing touches are complete we will hand over the new play space to be enjoyed. We provide an O&M document with As Built drawings, ROSPA Report and care instructions to keep your playground well maintained.
9) After Sales Care
We are always on hand for after sales care, in fact we really enjoy revisiting our play areas to see how they are used and developed by the children. Moving parts are standard and easy to purchase and replace.
